If scope has changed significantly, we'll flag it and align before proceeding rather than letting rework pile up silently.

Yes. We design in Figma and deliver developer-ready specs that work with any stack — React, Next.js, Vue, native iOS/Android, or whatever your team is using. We're comfortable reading code, joining GitHub discussions, and communicating in engineering terms. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.

We offer monthly retainers and project-based engagements. Retainers give you a dedicated senior designer embedded with your team — predictable cost, flexible scope. Project engagements are scoped upfront with a fixed deliverable and timeline. No surprise invoices. We'll recommend the right model based on your needs on the first call.

Not much. A 30-minute kickoff call, access to your existing design files (if any), and a Slack or Notion invite. We'll take it from there. The simpler the onboarding, the faster we move — we're used to getting up to speed quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
